How do I reserve my wedding date?
Easy, simply check the availability of your date and set up a free consultation. Your date may be reserved with a $500 non-refundable deposit. This deposit is applied to your total balance, leaving the remaining amount to be paid in full no later than 1 month before the wedding date.

Do I get to keep my negatives?
Even safer than negatives, which may bend, scratch or become misplaced, a high resolution picture CD is included in every package. Included with your CD is a release allowing you to make reprints or enlargements anytime, anywhere.

Can I make my own reprints using the picture CD?
Absolutely. Every picture CD includes a release allowing you to make your own reprints or enlargements anytime, anywhere.

What's included in my package?
Included in every package are TWO Photographers, ALL prints from your selected package in a 4x5 or 4x6, Digital Negatives w/Release, a 90-Day Online Album which allows online viewing and ordering, and an 8x10.

How do I set up my free consultation?
Simply call, or email us to schedule an appointment.

What if my wedding is outside the Tulsa area?
Surrounding areas, such as Broken Arrow, Owasso, Bixby, Claremore, Catoosa are all in our working area. Any area outside these will incur a $0.40/mile trip charge there and back and a $100 fee to cover our overnight accommodations if necessary.

How can I win a free bridal portrait session?
Submit an entry form to participate in our quarterly drawings. The winner will receive a free bridal portrait session at an outdoor location. 30 prints and a picture CD from your bridal portrait session are yours to keep if you decide to book your wedding with us. Otherwise, they may be purchased for $99, which is still a savings of $85 off the bridal portrait price.

When will my package be ready?
Your online album is posted within 2-4 weeks. Next, a form is emailed for you to “sign off” on the images and choose your enlargement. Once this form is received, prints can be expected within 4-6 weeks.

How will I know my package is ready?
When your package is complete, we will contact you immediately using the contact information provided to us on your booking form, or ship it immediately if located out of town.

How do I order reprints?
There are two ways to get reprints. You may print from your picture CD, and take it to a high quality photo finisher, OR reprint orders may be placed online by anyone viewing your online wedding album. This eliminates the bride from having to order reprints for her friends and family, they can order from their very own home!
